Larry received his B.A. from Penn State University in 1971 and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1975. He too worked in the District Attorney's Office under Emmett Fitzpatrick, Jr. and Edward G. Rendell. From 1979 until he left theD.A.'s Office and entered private practice, Larry was Rendell's Chief of Economic Crimes. In those years, Larry also was Director of the National District Attorney's Association's Economic Crimes Project, was a member of the National Legislative Conference on Arson and was appointed by Governor Thornbergh to the Pennsylvania Commission on Arson.
In 1999 he was appointed as a Hearing Committee Member assisting the attorney discipline process in Pennsylvania. In 2003 Larry was appointed by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to serve as one of the sixteen statewide members of its Disciplinary Board, an agency assiting the courts in its licensing and disciplining of Pennsylvania attorneys.
Since entering private practice, Larry has worked primarily on cases resulting in injuries stemming from exposure to asbestos, and has handled thousands of asbestos cases over the years.
Larry is active in the community as a member of the Board of Trustees at Adath Jeshuran Synagogue and a Board member at Philmont Country Club.
