Meet our Super Lawyers

Howell K. Rosenberg

Howell K. Rosenberg has annually earned the Super Lawyers distinction since 2004 as a Top-rated Products Liability Attorney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Rosenberg started off in a private practice, representing victims with catastrophic injuries that profoundly affected their lives. In the mid-1980s, he and his partners formed Brookman, Rosenberg Brown & Sandler, and concentrated on cases resulting from lethal exposure to asbestos and other hazardous agents, as well as substandard medical care.

Mr. Rosenberg’s success in acquiring lucrative verdicts, and compassion for his clients, prompted a variety of accolades. These include consistently high ratings from Martindale Hubbell, and inductions into several prestigious legal organizations, including an appointment to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s Disciplinary Board.

Laurence H. Brown

One of the most sought-after mesothelioma attorneys in Pennsylvania, Laurence H. Brown has been honored by Super Lawyers for his work as a Top-rated Products Liability Attorney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2018.

After an impressive stint at the District Attorney’s office directly after law school, he joined in the formation of Brookman, Rosenberg Brown & Sandler to serve victims of asbestos exposure and their families. His primary focus remains on asbestos exposure, and he has handled numerous cases throughout his legal career. Mr. Brown is active in his community, and gives back his time to his alma mater, Pennsylvania State University.

John M. DiDonato

Not only does John M. DiDonato devote his time to catering to victims of mesothelioma, he handles personal injury cases for clients including automobile accidents, medical malpractice, and premises liability concerns. His excellence as a trial attorney contributes to the firm’s reputation as a leading plaintiff litigation firm in Philadelphia. Super Lawyers nominated him as a Top-rated Personal Injury Attorney in Philadelphia for 2004, and from 2006 to 2018.

With a wide variety of experience in a number of legal disciplines, including criminal defense and insurance law, Mr. DiDonato’s talents as a legal professional, outstanding settlements achieved in hard-won suits, and care for those injured in cases of negligence, show why he receives this distinction through Super Lawyers.
